NewsAION 2 has had a huge global launch. SteamDB recorded an all-time peak of 397,905 concurrent Steam players on October 5, while NC reported that total launch concurrency surpassed 400,000 when players on its PURPLE platform were included. The MMORPG also climbed to the top of several Steam charts, including the revenue-based weekly ranking for September 29 through October 6.
NewsEscape from Tarkov patch 1.2.0.0 brought the long-awaited PvE Prestige system and the new EXFIL Brothers mentoring program, but one addition is already proving much more controversial.
