In the Scary Coffins event in Brawl Stars, players vote on which Halloween rewards to unlock and try to guess what is hidden inside each coffin. This guide brings together the answers already revealed and predictions for the remaining numbers. We'll explain where to claim your free prizes, how to submit predictions, and which coffins are worth voting for if you're hoping to get a Buffie, an Ultra Chaos Drop, or the Gravestone Griff skin.
Check this list first. These are the results of coffins that have actually been opened, not suggestions for future votes:
Coffin #1: Player Icon. Opened October 16. The scratches in its design turned out to be a clue to an icon, not the Kizu Kenji boss fight many expected.
Coffin #8: 1,000 Bling. Opened October 17. The prediction that this number held an Ultra Trophy Box was wrong.
Coffin #17: Ultra Trophy Box. Opened October 18. This is where the box that many had assigned to #8 actually turned up.
Coffin #10: Early launch of the Vince Event and two Vince Boxes. Opened October 19. Everyone does not receive the Brawler immediately. The reward starts the event and grants two boxes.
Coffin #2: Five Chaos Drops. Opened October 20. The Ultra Chaos Drop is still among the rewards hidden in unopened coffins.
To claim rewards from opened coffins, visit the in-game Shop and find the event's free offer. You don't need to predict the contents correctly to receive the community reward. A correct prediction gives you a separate bonus. If you guessed wrong for #2 or #8, check the Shop anyway. You haven't lost the reveal reward because of that mistake.
How to vote and make predictions
Open #ScaryCoffins from the game's home screen. To vote, select a coffin and confirm with the Vote button. The community works toward a shared daily goal of 100 million quests and chooses the next coffin to open. The percentages beside the numbers show each coffin's share of player votes. To predict what's inside, tap the small square with a plus sign below a coffin and select a reward icon. Fill in predictions for the unopened coffins even if you're only voting for one of them. Guessing a reward correctly can earn you a Chaos Drop. Voting for a coffin and assigning a reward beneath it are two separate actions. Each reward can only be assigned to one number. If you select it for a different coffin, the previous assignment moves. Review the remaining choices after every reveal. For example, you can no longer expect five Chaos Drops in #15 or #23. Predictions for unopened coffins can be changed, while revealed results are locked in.The coffins are shuffled around on the screen, so look for the number printed on the coffin itself. Its position in a row may change the next time you open the event page. Check the number before voting or choosing a reward. You can also access the board through Supercell's official event page.Image unavailable
Predictions for the remaining coffins
None of the entries in this section have been confirmed by a reveal yet. We're looking at the coffin designs, headstones, and rewards already claimed. Some numbers have recognizable clues, while others could point to several different prizes. Where there is no convincing answer, we include the competing possibilities so you can make your own prediction.Image unavailable
Coffin #3
Possible rewards: One Gem or ten Starr Drops. Low confidence. The cloud design has inspired different theories, but there is still no reliable way to link it to a specific reward. We don't recommend voting for this number in pursuit of a particular prize. It's better to wait for a clearer clue or a reveal.
Coffin #4
Main prediction: Coffin Box. Alternative: Kizu Kenji boss fight. The candy-like wrapping and Trick or Treat inscription fit a Halloween gift. However, some players think the detail beneath the coffin resembles Kenji's weapon. This one remains disputed, and both explanations are still guesses.
Coffin #5
Main prediction: 15 Gems. The gemstone pattern fits that reward well. But the pool also contains a single Gem, so the artwork alone doesn't confirm the amount. If you want to vote for Gems, #5 is a more straightforward choice than most, though nothing is guaranteed yet.
Coffin #6
Main prediction: Seven Coins. The gold design suggests Coins, while the No Refunds inscription fits a joke reward. Another theory connects coffin number six and seven Coins to the "6-7" meme. We suggest holding off on voting for this coffin if your priority is earning more resources.
Coffin #7
Main prediction: 500 Credits. The planet on the headstone resembles the Fame imagery associated with Credits after you've unlocked all Brawlers. That explains why this theory is popular, but the coffin is still unopened. Don't mistake a current voting lead for an answer. Even if #7 is winning, its reward won't be known until the reveal.
Coffin #9
Possible rewards: 500 Power Points, with a Buffie as an alternative. Low confidence. The chains and lock suggest that something is sealed inside, but they don't identify the prize. The Power Points theory often comes from eliminating other reward icons. It's too early to treat that as the correct answer.
Coffin #11
Leading theories: Kizu Kenji boss fight or Coffin Box. The Don't Open, Dead Inside inscription suggests that someone is inside. It can support either interpretation, so it's not enough for a definite choice. If you've assigned the Coffin Box to #11, keep an eye on #4 as well. Those two theories are competing for the same reward.Image unavailable
Coffin #12
Popular prediction: Gravestone Griff skin. Not confirmed. The jar beside the headstone is being linked to Griff, while other parts of the design are associated with gift-shop characters. There are other interpretations too, including the reveal of Melodie's hidden tattoo. We recommend looking at #12 and #13 together before assigning the skin to either one.
Coffin #13
Main prediction: Gravestone Griff skin. Alternative: A joke reward. The headstone art resembles the themed skin's face, making the Griff connection easy to see. But the black cat, the number 13, and the broken glass could be deliberate misdirection. For now, we're not treating either #12 or #13 as the confirmed location of the skin.Image unavailable
Coffin #14
Possible rewards: 500 Power Points or one XP Doubler. Low confidence. The plain design offers almost nothing to identify the reward. Assigning one of the remaining icons will fill the prediction slot, but it won't make the guess more accurate. This isn't a particularly useful coffin to vote for if you want a specific prize.
Coffin #15
Main prediction after the #2 reveal: Ultra Chaos Drop. The face on the headstone resembles a Chaos Drop, while the bright design could point to a more valuable reward. The five regular Chaos Drops were already found in #2, so that theory must be removed from #15. The Ultra Chaos Drop is still our candidate here, but it is not a confirmed answer.
Coffin #16
Possible rewards: Ten Starr Drops or one Gem. Low confidence. The welcoming signs and arrows could be an invitation to Starr Park or a lure leading to a tiny reward. There isn't enough evidence to choose convincingly between those explanations. Revisit this prediction after the next reveals.
Coffin #18
Main prediction: 500 Coins. The Coins around the headstone point toward currency. There are fewer of them than on #21's design, which is why the smaller of the two major Coin rewards is often assigned to #18. But the number of Coins in the illustration doesn't confirm the payout. Both coffins are still closed.
Coffin #19
Main prediction: Random Buffie. Alternative: 500 Power Points. The keychain shape is one of the strongest visual hints in favor of a Buffie. The "1/4" inscription can be read in different ways and doesn't confirm the reward on its own. If you're after a Buffie, #19 is worth considering, as long as you remember that it's still a prediction.Image unavailable
Coffin #20
Main prediction: One Chroma Credit. The boarded-up design and warning imagery are being linked to the currency removed from the normal Brawler unlock system. It's a plausible theory, although other players see a reference to Chaos Drops here. Until the reveal, this number remains uncertain.
Coffin #21
Main prediction: 1,000 Coins. The gold design and large piles of Coins suit the bigger currency reward. We see #18 and #21 as a pair of candidates for 500 and 1,000 Coins. Exactly which one holds which amount is still unknown.
Coffin #22
Main prediction: Prop Hunt in all game modes for one day. The bushes and map-prop imagery fit hiding in plain sight. This is one of the clearer visual theories. If it proves correct, the reward will enable a gameplay event rather than give out an item or currency.
Coffin #23
Main prediction: Three Chaos Drops. The face on the headstone suggests that category of rewards. With #2 already opened, five Chaos Drops are no longer a valid prediction for #23. There is still room for the remaining regular Chaos Drops and the Ultra Chaos Drop to be swapped between the candidate coffins.
Coffin #24
Main prediction: Crow Boss Battle and its rewards. The dagger and poisonous green design resemble Crow's attacks. Keep in mind that the announced reward pool specifically lists a boss battle. A free Crow skin is not promised for opening this number.Image unavailable
Which coffin should you vote for right now?
For account progression, we'd consider #19 for a Random Buffie or #15 for an Ultra Chaos Drop. Both rewards are still hidden among unopened coffins, but these number assignments are based on clues, not confirmations. If you care more about Griff's new skin, choose between #12 and #13. Don't expect either one to guarantee the skin before its reveal.Don't vote for #8 expecting an Ultra Trophy Box or for #2 expecting an Ultra Chaos Drop. Both coffins are already open, and their contents are known. Remove the five Chaos Drops prediction from every other number as well. When clues are weak, choose the option you think is most likely and reconsider it after each new result. You can edit a prediction until that coffin is opened.
What are the 24 rewards in the event?
The pool of possible rewards was announced in advance. The list below names the prizes themselves, not which unopened coffin contains each one:
One Ultra Chaos Drop, which may split.
Gravestone Griff skin.
One Random Buffie.
One Ultra Trophy Box.
One Coffin Box.
Early launch of the Vince Event and two Vince Boxes.
15 Gems.
One Gem.
Seven Coins.
500 Coins.
1,000 Coins.
500 Power Points.
1,000 Bling.
One Player Icon.
One XP Doubler.
Three Chaos Drops.
Five Chaos Drops.
500 Credits.
Ten random Starr Drops.
Prop Hunt in all game modes for one day.
Crow Boss Battle with rewards.
Kizu Kenji Boss Battle with rewards.
One Chroma Credit.
Reveal of Melodie's hidden tattoo.
Melodie's tattoo is described as a secret reveal, not a separate skin or a new piece of equipment handed to players. The Vince Event reward doesn't mean everyone instantly unlocks the Brawler, either. The contents of boxes and Drops are determined when you open them, so receiving the same event reward doesn't mean every player gets the same items.
When does the event end, and will all coffins be revealed?
Scary Coffins runs from October 15 to October 26, 2026. During the event, the community will open 12 of the 24 coffins, with two reveals planned for the final day. Check the in-game timer for the next voting deadline. The usual daily cycle runs to 08:00 UTC, or 11:00 Moscow time. After the event, the developers have promised to publish all the reward reveal videos. That means you'll eventually learn what was inside the coffins that didn't win a vote. But releasing a video doesn't mean handing out all 24 rewards. During the event itself, the community prizes depend on which coffins players choose to open.
