Even if you successfully trigger a Prismana Flow in Aniimo and find the Aniimo you want, the hunt is not necessarily over. A Prismana form can spawn with ordinary Potential, and a rare Sparkling variant is not guaranteed either. Fortunately, Aniimo has ways to guarantee a Perfect specimen without repeating the entire Nurture process just because you got unlucky with its stats. In this guide, we'll explain how to guarantee a Prismana capture, why you need a Sparkling Cube, and whether you can change the appearance of an Aniimo you've already caught.
Does a Prismana Form Guarantee Perfect Potential?
The short answer is no. A Prismana Flow guarantees the corresponding form will appear, but it does not guarantee its quality. The Aniimo you encounter can have Common, Good, Elite, or Perfect Potential. So if you've spent several Nurture attempts building up the Branch for a specific Aniimo, it's worth deciding in advance how valuable that attempt is and whether you want to turn it into a guaranteed catch.
Can You Guarantee a Perfect Prismana Form?
The most reliable option, and the one we recommend, is to use a Sparkling Cube. When used for a capture, it provides several benefits at once:
guaranteed capture;
Perfect Potential;
a Sparkling variant.

Using such a rare item on a regular Aniimo that you can encounter dozens of times usually isn't worth it. First, trigger a Prismana Flow, find the creature marked on the map, and only then use the Cube.
What to Use if You Don't Have a Sparkling Cube
If you don't care about getting a Sparkling variant, you can use an Aniipod Ultra. It guarantees a successful capture and at least Elite Potential. However, Perfect Potential is not guaranteed. This makes the Aniipod Ultra a better option when your main priority is making sure you don't lose the rare form, while getting the absolute best Potential is less important.
Can You Catch a Perfect Prismana Form Normally?
A Prismana form can naturally appear with Perfect Potential, so a Sparkling Cube is only essential if you want to remove the randomness. If your supply is limited, you can check the Potential of the Aniimo that appeared first and then decide whether the rare item is worth using. This is especially useful for Prismana forms that are relatively quick to farm through Branches.
What Is a Sparkling Aniimo?
Sparkling variants have a special appearance. They can also come in several different color variations, meaning two Sparkling versions of the same Aniimo may look different. The variant you get from a Sparkling Cube is not fully selectable either. So even after guaranteeing a rare Sparkling Aniimo, you may end up with a color you don't particularly want.Image unavailable
Can You Change the Color?
The game has a separate item called Sparkling Pigment that rerolls the Sparkling hue of a Prismana Aniimo you already own. This means you don't need to trigger another Prismana Flow just to get a different color. If you're happy with the Potential and stats of your current Aniimo, it's easier to keep it and change its color later.
Can You Make a Regular Aniimo Sparkling?
There are separate items called Sparkling Sigils that can turn an Aniimo you've already caught into a Sparkling Aniimo, so yes, it is possible. This is particularly useful if you manage to catch a Perfect Prismana form normally. Instead of farming the same form all over again just to get a Sparkling variant, you can keep the strong specimen and transform it later.Image unavailable
Should You Use a Sparkling Cube on a Prismana Form?
If you want a specific Aniimo for your main team and have already spent Vein Essence filling the gauge, a Sparkling Cube is one of the safest ways to finish the hunt in a single attempt. It's especially worthwhile for forms that take a long time to obtain or when you want Perfect Potential immediately. For more accessible Aniimo, you can save the resource: catch the Prismana form normally, check its Potential, and trigger another Prismana Flow later if necessary.For a detailed explanation of how to trigger a Prismana form through the Branch, Nurture, and Prismatic Energy, see our full guide here.
