Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - Definitive Edition All Safehouse Locations Guide

In GTA: Vice City, we can buy apartments, houses, garages, and other safehouses for Tommy. Safehouses let us save the game manually, and some of them also come with garages where we can store vehicles. There are nine safehouses in total, including the Ocean View Hotel and Vercetti Estate, which are unlocked through the story. The other seven cost $41,500 altogether, and buying all of them is required for 100% completion. Here is where to find every safehouse, along with its price and main features.

The Ocean View Hotel becomes our first safehouse after In The Beginning.... We can save the game here right away. Go upstairs to enter Tommy's room, where unlocked outfits are stored. Weapons earned by collecting Hidden Packages also appear at this safehouse.

Vercetti Estate

This is Ricardo Diaz's former mansion. It becomes Tommy's property after completing the story mission Rub Out. The estate has a large garden, a swimming pool, a garage, and a rooftop helipad. After completing Cop Land, it also becomes an asset that generates up to $5,000 per day.

This safehouse is near the Leaf Links Golf Club. If we are coming from the golf course, take the first turn toward the city, cross the bridge, then turn left again. Continue down the road until we see the property. If we reach Pay 'n' Spray, we have gone too far.

El Swanko Casa

This stylish house is on the way to North Point Mall if we are driving from the Malibu Club. If we are coming from the mall instead, turn toward Vice Point and keep going straight until the house is directly ahead.

3321 Vice Point

This apartment is close to North Point Mall and El Swanko Casa. If we are standing outside El Swanko Casa and facing away from it, head left and follow the road around. Eventually, we will reach 3321 Vice Point.

1102 Washington Street

This safehouse is on the same street as Ken Rosenberg's office from the beginning of the game. Look across the road from the law office and we will see the apartment building.

Ocean Heights Apartment

This apartment is near Ammu-Nation and Pay 'n' Spray in Ocean Beach. Head to the first Ammu-Nation we encounter during the story and drive around the nearby corner. The safehouse is in the southern part of Ocean Beach.

Skumole Shack

This safehouse is a little harder to spot. During normal story progression, Downtown becomes accessible after Phnom Penh '86. The shack sits on the rooftop of Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium in southeastern Downtown, across from The Greasy Chopper. Look for the stairs leading up to the roof.

Hyman Condo

This is the most expensive safehouse, but it is also the most useful. Head to Downtown and find Hyman Memorial Stadium. Follow the road east from the stadium, then look for the entrance beside the alley with barriers and traffic cones. After buying the condo, we gain access to three garages that can store up to eight vehicles in total, plus the rooftop helipad where a Maverick can spawn.
