The Fairies have returned to Grow a Garden on Roblox less than a year later, along with a familiar trap for new players. Everything is glowing, the Wishing Well keeps asking for plants, and it is not immediately obvious which crops to submit or why your friend already has dozens of chests while you have none. The event is actually fairly simple. You need to grow crops with the Glimmering mutation, complete requests from the Wishing Well, and spend your earned Fairy Points wisely. This guide covers all five Fairy Favor stages, the possible rewards, and the actual way to repeat the quest chain without waiting through a long cooldown.
Guide updated: October 12, 2026. The Fairy Event returned on October 10 and, according to the current schedule, ends on October 17. Some of the odds in this guide come from an actively updated community wiki, so the numbers may change after patches. Check the rewards and timer on your own server as well.
How to start the Fairy Event and what you need to do
Grow a GardenGrow a GardenJoin the regular Grow a Garden experience on Roblox and head to the central area with the Wishing Well. The Fairy Godmother stands nearby and sells event upgrades. You do not need to select a separate mode because fairies periodically appear on the map and crops in your garden can receive a special mutation. The basic loop works like this:
Grow plants and wait for the fairies to appear.
Harvest fruit with the Glimmering mutation. It is easy to recognize by its distinctive glow.
Go to the Wishing Well, check which crop it requests, and submit matching fruit.
When the well's Fountain Power meter fills, the Make a Wish button appears. Press it to choose a reward.
Complete all five tiers of Fairy Favors. After that, you can restart the chain for 7,500 Fairy Points.
That final button is what many players miss. If the Wishing Well shows a long timer after your fifth wish, it does not mean farming is over until the next day. If you have enough currency, open the quest menu and start another run with Fairy Points.
How to get the Glimmering mutation and Fairy Points
During the Fairies weather event, the magical visitors arrive roughly once per hour. The base wave lasts around ten minutes, although upgrades can extend it. Fairies select plants in your garden and apply the Glimmering mutation to part of the harvest. This mutation raises the fruit's sale value, but during the Fairy Event it is usually worth checking whether the Wishing Well needs the crop before selling it.There are also roaming fairies that can appear on the shared map between weather waves. When you see one, walk up and interact with it. The fairy will travel to your garden and enchant a crop. If fairies keep ignoring the plant you need, place a Fairy Targeter nearby. This tool increases the chance that nearby crops receive the Glimmering mutation.Another useful tool is the Glimmering Radar. It collects enchanted fruit in an area around your character, saving you from checking every bed manually. Just be careful with mass-submission options. You can accidentally hand over crops you meant to keep.Fairy Points are awarded for completing Wishing Well favors, submitting enchanted plants, and interacting with fairies. They can also appear among the three reward choices. The currency is used for Fairy Godmother upgrades and to restart the five-stage Fairy Favor chain.
Do you have to submit the exact requested crop?
No. These are two different ways of filling the Wishing Well. If you have the requested crop with the Glimmering mutation, completing that specific request gives faster progress and an extra reward. If you do not have the requested crop, you can submit other Glimmering fruit to fill the general Fountain Power meter. Higher-rarity plants contribute more to the meter.Be especially careful with mass submission. Players report that the option can take every matching fruit of the selected type from your inventory rather than a single item. Protect or move rare and expensive crops first, and use stockpiled common fruit when you only need to fill the meter.
All Fairy Favors: Five Wishing Well stages
Grow a GardenGrow a GardenThe plant requested at each tier is chosen randomly from that tier's pool. Your neighbor may be asked for a Pumpkin while your Wishing Well wants a Watermelon, and both requests can be correct. The lists below show the known options from current event tables.
Stage 1: First wish
The first stage uses the easiest crops. The Wishing Well may request Strawberry, Blueberry, Orange Tulip, Tomato, Corn, or Daffodil. Keep a small supply of each and avoid selling your first enchanted harvest immediately. These simple requests are the easiest way to learn how the event meter works.
Stage 2: Second wish
The pool now includes larger crops: Tomato, Corn, Daffodil, Watermelon, Pumpkin, Apple, Bamboo, and Orange Tulip. If you do not want to depend on the Seed Shop during a Fairy wave, prepare some of these plants in advance.
Stage 3: Third wish
The next pool becomes noticeably more expensive: Watermelon, Pumpkin, Apple, Bamboo, Coconut, Cactus, Dragon Fruit, Mango, and Pepper. It is useful to keep several multi-harvest plants in your garden. Fairies can enchant new fruit without forcing you to buy and replant seeds every time.
Stage 4: Fourth wish
Current tables list Coconut, Cactus, Dragon Fruit, Mango, Grape, Sunbulb, Glowthorn, Mushroom, Pepper, and Cacao at Tier 4. Sunbulb and Glowthorn are specifically listed as crops that may be submitted without the Glimmering mutation. Prepare the others in enchanted form when possible.
Stage 5: Fifth wish
The final pool is the most demanding: Lightshoot, Glowthorn, Grape, Mushroom, Pepper, Cacao, Beanstalk, Ember Lily, Sugar Apple, Burning Bud, Giant Pinecone, Elder Strawberry, and Romanesco. Lightshoot and Glowthorn are listed as crops that may be accepted without the Glimmering mutation. If you do not have the requested plant, use other enchanted crops to fill Fountain Power instead of spending everything on one rare seed. One important caveat is that the request pool is still being updated after the event's return. Players have already reported Buttercup and Jellycap requests that are missing from some early tables, while certain older crops may not appear at all. If your Wishing Well displays a different request, follow the name shown above the well rather than trying to force a plant just because it appears in someone else's guide.
How to get rewards from the Wishing Well
After filling the well, press Make a Wish. You will see three random reward choices, but you can claim only one. The lists below are not guaranteed rewards for each tier. They are possible options that can appear among the three choices. Percentages refer to the chance of a specific option appearing in that tier's reward pool and come from current community-wiki data.
Tier 1: First rewards
Tier 2: First Fairy Chest
Tier 3: Tools and a rare mutation shard
Tier 4: More chests and Fairy Points
Tier 5: Best Fairy Event rewards
What should you choose? If you want the new pets and plants from the 2026 version of the event, prioritize Fairy Chests. If you are after a specific rare flower, the Flutter Freesia cannot be replaced by a regular seed pack. It appears among Tier 5 reward choices. Do not confuse the Fairy Chest with the Fairy Crate. The first contains useful gameplay rewards, while the second is for garden cosmetics.
All new pets and seeds in the 2026 Fairy Event
Grow a GardenGrow a GardenThe Fairy Chest contains six possible results: three pets and three seeds. Current odds are:In other words, even opening 100 chests does not guarantee a Manticore. The 0.5% chance applies independently to every opening rather than awarding the pet automatically after a certain number of attempts. Flutter Freesia does not come from the regular Fairy Chest. It appears among the Tier 5 Wishing Well rewards. Another new plant, the Royal Jelly Cup, is tied to the side activity Flower Frenzy.
Which Fairy Godmother upgrades should you buy?
The Fairy Godmother stands near the Wishing Well. You can spend Fairy Points on four event upgrades:
Glimmer Multiplier - increases the effectiveness of the Glimmering bonus.
Fairy Event Duration - extends the Fairy weather wave from a base of ten minutes up to twenty minutes at maximum level.
Fairy Spawn Amount - increases the number of fairies that appear during the event.
Roaming Fairy Spawn Amount - adds more roaming fairies that can be interacted with around the map.
We do not recommend immediately spending every point on the most expensive upgrades. In a limited event, balance matters. Buy a few affordable levels that help you produce more Glimmering crops, but keep at least 7,500 Fairy Points available so you can restart the quest chain. If all of your points go into upgrades and the Wishing Well enters cooldown, you will need to farm more currency or wait for the timer. The maximum tiers are expensive, and published total-cost calculations differ between current references. Use the prices shown in the in-game menu rather than assuming you can fully upgrade every track in one evening.
How to complete Flower Frenzy in the Bee Garden
The returning Fairy Event also added the side activity Flower Frenzy in the Bee Garden. It does not replace Fairy Favors. This is a separate challenge built around pollinating flowers. Temporary flowers appear in the area, and you need to pollinate them before their timers expire.Enter the Bee Garden, look for the temporary flowers, and interact with them during the pollination window. Players report receiving Royal Jelly for successful participation. The new Royal Jelly Cup crop is also tied to rewards from this activity. The exact flower spawn timing and guaranteed reward pool have not been fully confirmed, so there is no reason to invent a schedule or promise a rare seed from the first pollination.
How to farm Fairy Points faster and repeat the quests
The main rule is not to turn the event into a hunt for a single rare fruit. If the Wishing Well keeps asking for something you do not have, it is often faster to fill Fountain Power with several other enchanted crops. These steps make the process easier:
Prepare multi-harvest plants. Coconuts, Mangoes, and other repeat-harvest crops do not need constant replanting.
Do not forget simple single-harvest seeds. Watermelon, Pumpkin, Bamboo, and Orange Tulip can unexpectedly become the bottleneck if you have ignored the Seed Shop for too long.
Place Fairy Targeters near the crops you need before the next wave and use the Glimmering Radar for fast collection.
Complete specific requests instead of only filling the meter with random fruit. Fulfilling the exact request gives additional progress and Fairy Points.
After the fifth wish, open the quest menu and restart the chain for 7,500 Fairy Points if you want to keep farming without waiting.
According to the current tables, all five stages together award 9,550 Fairy Points from the base payouts alone. After paying 7,500 for a restart, you are still 2,050 points ahead before counting any additional gains. A full cycle is therefore more efficient than endlessly waiting around the cheapest early favors, especially if you are hunting for the Tier 5 offer containing three Fairy Chests.
Why you cannot complete the Fairy Event
If the Wishing Well refuses a crop or a reward does not appear, do not immediately leave the game. Most problems come down to the submission method, whether the crop has the required mutation, or whether the current tier is actually complete.
The crop does not match the request. Check the exact name above the Wishing Well and make sure the fruit has the Glimmering mutation. Only specific crops explicitly listed in current tables can be submitted without it.
You do not have the requested fruit. Use another Glimmering crop to fill Fountain Power. You do not need to buy an expensive seed for every request.
The Wishing Well took too much fruit at once. Do not use mass submission for rare crops. Players report that the command can take your entire matching inventory stack.
A long timer appears after five wishes. Open the quest menu and look for the paid restart costing 7,500 Fairy Points. If you do not have enough currency, keep collecting enchanted crops and interacting with fairies or wait for the quest refresh.
You cannot get Manticore or Prism Plume. Each has only a 0.5% chance inside a Fairy Chest. Even many openings do not guarantee either reward.
Guides show a Fairy World, but it is missing from your game. The separate Fairy World portal has not returned in the current 2026 version. Older videos refer to the expanded 2025 event.
Your crops do not receive Glimmering while you are offline. Players have reported inconsistent offline visits, although some later started receiving mutations again. Do not rely on offline progress as your only farming method.
There is no single secret sequence that instantly gives every Fairy Event reward. Progress comes from prepared crops, correctly using enchanted fruit, and repeatedly completing Fairy Favors. If you want the rare pets, reach Tier 5 and farm Fairy Chests instead of spending every Fairy Point on the first upgrades you see. The event lasts only one week, so keep an eye on the in-game timer and do not leave important rewards until the final day.
