While exploring CEG HQ in Part 5 of Silent Hill: Townfall, you'll quickly come across several locked areas on the third and fourth floors. A regular code won't help here. You'll need the Access Card – Level 3/4 to reach Finance, Public Relations, Human Resources, and Media. The card only becomes available once you reach the fifth floor. In this guide, we'll show you where to find it and which areas it unlocks.
The Access Card – Level 3/4 is on the table in the Boardroom on the fifth floor of CEG HQ. When you first enter the building, most doors on the third and fourth floors will still be locked. Don't waste time looking for another way around. You won't be able to open them until you get the card. Keep making your way up through the building. Your main objective at this point is to reach the stairs near the elevators and work your way from the second floor up to the fifth.Image unavailableYou'll encounter Widows along the way. If they're blocking your path, check the dead Richards nearby, as you can often find Shotgun Ammo next to them. You don't need to clear the entire floor. Just open up the route to the stairs and keep moving upward.
How to Find the Boardroom
Once you reach the fifth floor, things become much safer because there are no enemies in this part of the building. Find the Boardroom and head inside. The Access Card – Level 3/4 is on the table near the phone. You can also use the phone to save, so it's a good idea to record your progress before heading back down to the lower floors.
Which Doors Does the Access Card Open?
After picking up the card, return to the third and fourth floors.The card gives you access to four previously locked areas:
Finance - third floor;
Public Relations - third floor;
Human Resources - fourth floor;
Media Department - fourth floor.
These areas are tied to your progression through CEG HQ, so you can't permanently miss the card.
What to Do After Getting the Access Card
We recommend heading back to the third floor first. You can now access Finance and Public Relations. These areas contain items needed for the next stage of the projector puzzle. In particular, you'll need to find the Projector Bulb and Projector Lens. Some doors within these areas still require additional steps or separate codes, so the Access Card doesn't solve every puzzle in CEG HQ at once. It simply opens up the next stage of exploration.
